30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible items

• Unopened products with seals intact and in original packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect.

Hygiene exceptions

Opened cosmetics, lip products and used bath pads cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.

Skin reactions

If you experience irritation, stop using the product immediately and contact [email protected]. We will review your case and may offer a refund or store credit even if the product has been opened.

How to return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
• We will reply with return instructions.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
