We process orders within 1–3 business days. Lotions and glosses are sealed and wrapped to prevent leaks.

Delivery estimates

Standard tracked delivery typically arrives in 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas or during peak periods may take longer.

A tracking number is sent by email once your order has shipped.

Temperature care

Cosmetics are best kept away from extreme heat. If your parcel is left outdoors on a hot day, move it somewhere cool as soon as possible.

Damaged or missing parcels

• Damaged or leaking items: email photos to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
• Tracking not updated for 10 business days: contact us and we will investigate, then resend or refund if the parcel is lost.
